TAWSON is a completely new furniture brand, located in Taichung City, Taiwan. The owner hoped to strengthen the brand’s identifiability, and increase readability. We therefore decided on a bold, sans serif font face orientation, with a circle as the basic shape. We altered the letters based on this principle, to make the overall characters smoother and more unified.

For the business cards, we used Curious Matter 380g/Andina Grey. Matter is rough to the touch, almost like sandpaper; this lends it an overall feeling of great heft. The raised print is also quite beautifully done, making the TAWSON logo, even without color, remain the clear focus of the card.



TAWSON是一個全新的家具品牌,座落於台灣台中市。

業主期望能強化品牌識別度,增強易閱性,故選擇往粗黑無襯線的字體為方向,以圓型為基本型,字母依照規則去做變形,讓整體標準字更加溫潤並統一。

名片紙張使用Curious Matter 380g /Andina Grey,Matter手感粗糙且類似磨砂的效果,整體極具份量感,打凸呈現也相當完美,使TAWSON logo在無底色的情況下,依然是名片上的重點。
